Spoznavanje potenc in korenov

Uvod v potence in korene
Potence so super praktičen način, da se znebimo dolgega pisanja. Namesto 5 × 5 × 5 enostavno napišeš 5³. Osnova je število, ki ga množiš (5), eksponent pa pove, kolikokrat (3).
Koreni delujejo v obratno smer. Če veš, da je 5² = 25, potem je √25 = 5. To pomeni, da iščeš število, ki ga moraš pomnožiti samo s seboj, da dobiš 25.
Najbolj osnovni so kvadratni koreni (√) in kubični koreni (∛). Prvi te vpraša "katero število na kvadrat da ta rezultat?", drugi pa "katero število na kub?".
Nasvet: Zapomni si popolne kvadrate do 225 - to ti bo prihranilo ogromno časa pri računanju!
Pravila za računanje s potencami
Tu so vsa pravila za potence, ki jih moraš znati na pamet. Brez njih se ne da rešiti nobene naloge.
Pri množenju potenc z enako osnovo sešteješ eksponente: a^m × a^n = a^. Če imaš 2³ × 2⁴, dobiš 2⁷. Pri deljenju jih odšteješ: a^m ÷ a^n = a^.
Potenciranje potence pomeni, da eksponente množiš: ^n = a^(m×n). Torej (3²)³ = 3⁶. Potenciranje produkta ali ulomka pa razdeliš: (a×b)^n = a^n × b^n.
Posebna eksponenta: a⁰ = 1 (za vse a ≠ 0) in a^ = 1/a^n. Negativen eksponent pomeni, da je potenca v imenovalcu!
Opomba: Pazi na predznake! (-2)⁴ = 16, ampak -2⁴ = -16. Oklepaji so ključni!
Računanje s koreni
Koreni imajo svoja pravila, ki so podobna pravilom za potence. Koren produkta je produkt korenov: √(a×b) = √a × √b. Koren ulomka je ulomek korenov: √ = √a/√b.
Pozor - koren vsote ni vsota korenov! √(9+16) = √25 = 5, medtem ko √9 + √16 = 3 + 4 = 7. To ni isto!
Delno korenjenje uporabiš, ko število pod korenom ni popoln kvadrat. Iščeš največji popoln kvadrat, ki deli tvoje število. Pri √72 je to 36, torej √72 = √(36×2) = 6√2.
Racionalizacija imenovalca pomeni, da se znebimo korena v imenovalcu. Ulomek 5/√3 pomnožimo z √3/√3 in dobimo 5√3/3.
Ključno: Seštevamo lahko samo korene z istim korenjencem. 2√5 + 3√5 = 5√5, ampak 2√5 + 3√2 se ne da poenostaviti!
Reševanje primerov s potencami
Oglejmo si korak za korakom reševanje kompleksnega primera: ² × a^(-4) / b³.
Najprej rešimo oklepaj: ² = a⁴b^(-4). Potem množimo potence z enako osnovo: a⁴ × a^(-4) = a⁰ = 1. Ostane nam b^(-4)/b³ = b^(-7).
Končni rezultat je b^(-7) ali 1/b⁷. Oba zapisa sta pravilna, vendar ponavadi uporabljamo pozitivne eksponente.
Pri seštevanju korenov najprej vse delno korenimo, da imamo iste korenjence. 2√12 - √75 + √3 postane 4√3 - 5√3 + √3 = 0√3 = 0.
Nasvet: Vedno najprej poenostavi vse korene, šele potem seštevaj ali odštevaj!
Racionalizacija in tipične napake
Racionalizacija je postopek, ko se znebimo korena v imenovalcu. Pri 6/(5√2) pomnožimo z √2/√2 in dobimo 6√2/10 = 3√2/5.
Najpogostejše napake: ² ni a² + b²! Pravilno je ² = a² + 2ab + b². Podobno √ ni a + b.
Pomembni popolni kvadrati: 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, 100, 121, 144, 169, 196, 225. Kubi: 1, 8, 27, 64, 125.
Pazi na predznake pri lihih in sodih eksponentih! (-2)³ = -8, vendar (-2)⁴ = 16.
Opomnik: Seznam popolnih kvadratov se nauči na pamet - prihranil ti bo ogromno časa pri testih!
Hiter povzetek za preverjanje
