Kaj je kemija?
Predstavljaj si kemijo kot detektivsko vedo, ki raziskuje, iz česa so stvari narejene in kako se spreminjajo. Kemija preučuje snovi - to je vse, kar ima maso in zavzema prostor.
Snovi imajo različne lastnosti, po katerih jih ločimo. Fizikalne lastnosti so tiste, ki jih vidimo ali čutimo (barva, vonj, tališče), kemijske pa povedo, kako se snov obnaša v reakcijah (ali gori, ali rjavi).
Kemijska sprememba je srce kemije - to se zgodi, ko iz ene snovi nastane popolnoma nova snov z drugačnimi lastnostmi. Ko se les sežge, nastaneta pepel in dim, ki sta čisto drugačna od lesa.
💡 Hitro preverjanje: Če se snov spremeni v nekaj povsem novega, je to kemijska sprememba!
Kemija v vsakdanjem življenju
V kuhinji si pravzaprav mali kemik! Ko pečeš kruh, kvas povzroči kemijsko reakcijo - sladkor razpade na alkohol in ogljikov dioksid, ki naredi testo rahlo. Pri kuhanju jajca se beljakovine spremenijo iz tekočih v trdne.
V naravi poteka najpomembnejša kemijska reakcija - fotosinteza. Rastline iz vode, ogljikovega dioksida in sončne svetlobe naredijo hrano in kisik, ki ga dihamo.
Industrija uporablja kemijo za izdelavo plastike, zdravil in baterij. Celo rjavenje železja je kemijska reakcija, kjer železo reagira s kisikom in nastane rja.
🔬 Zanimivost: Brez fotosintezenega kisika ne bi mogli dihati - rastline so naši kemijski zavezniki!
Prepoznavanje kemijskih sprememb
Tukaj je ključna razlika, ki jo moraš obvladati za test: fizikalna vs. kemijska sprememba. Pri fizikalni spremembi snov ostane ista (led se stopi v vodo, vendar je še vedno H2O). Pri kemijski nastanejo nove snovi.
Odlični primeri kemijskih sprememb so gorenje sveče , rjavenje jabolka in mešanje kisa s sodo bikarbono (nastane sol, voda in plin).
Kemijske spremembe so običajno nepovratne - iz pepela ne moreš več narediti lesa. Fizikalne pa so povratne - vodo lahko zamrzneš nazaj v led.

Kemija kot poklic
Kemija odpira vrata v številne zanimive poklice. Farmacevti ustvarjajo zdravila, laboranti analizirajo vzorce, kriminalisti preiskujejo sledi zločinov z kemijskimi metodami.
Celo kuharji so kemiki - uporabljajo kemijske procese pri vsaki pripravi hrane! Ekologi s kemijo raziskujejo onesnaženje, inženirji pa načrtujejo proizvodnjo novih materialov.
Za uspešno obvladovanje kemije si zapomni: snov ima maso in zavzema prostor, kemijska sprememba ustvari nove snovi, fizikalna pa ne. Te osnove ti bodo pomagale pri vseh nadaljnjih temah.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! In the end I think it’s worth it 😊👍 ⚠️Also DID I MENTION ITS FREEE YOU DON’T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING AND STILL GET YOUR GRADES IN PERFECTLY❗️❗️⚠️

Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades
