Kaj je informatika?
Informatika ni samo "igranje z računalniki", ampak znanstvena veda, ki se ukvarja s podatki in informacijami. Če si kdaj razmislil, kako Netflix ve, kaj rad gledaš, ali kako Google Maps najde najhitrejšo pot - to je informatika v akciji!
V bistvu gre za reševanje problemov z računalniki. Informatiki ne samo uporabljajo tehnologije, ampak razumejo, kako zbiramo, shranjujemo, obdelujemo in posredujemo informacije.
Algoritmi so kot recepti za računalnik - natančen postopek za rešitev določenega problema v končnem številu korakov. Vsak put, ko uporabiš aplikacijo, se v ozadju izvajajo algoritmi.

Piramida znanja: od podatkov do znanja
Najpomembnejša stvar, ki jo moraš razumeti, je razlika med podatkom, informacijo in znanjem. To bo zagotovo na testu!
Podatek je golo dejstvo brez konteksta - kot "19", "C" ali "Ana". Sam po sebi nima nobenega pomena. Informacija nastane, ko podatke postavimo v kontekst: "Ana je stara 19 let in ima pri matematiki oceno C."
Znanje pa je razumevanje informacij, ki nam omogoča sprejemanje odločitev. Ko veš, da Ana potrebuje pomoč pri matematiki (ker ima oceno C), to je že znanje.

Področja informatike
Informatika je ogromno področje, ki se deli na več delov. Teoretična informatika je najbolj "matematična" - ukvarja se z osnovami računanja in teorijo algoritmov. To so temelji za vse ostalo.
Računalniški sistemi vključujejo strojno opremo (hardware) - vse, česar se lahko dotakneš, kot procesor, RAM, trdi disk. Programska oprema (software) pa so navodila za računalnik, od operacijskih sistemov do aplikacij.
Uporabna informatika rešuje konkretne probleme v resničnem svetu. Poslovna informatika pomaga podjetjem, bioinformatika analizira DNK, umetna inteligenca pa ustvarja sisteme, ki se lahko "učijo" - kot ChatGPT ali prepoznavanje obraza.
Družbeni vidiki informatike preučujejo, kako tehnologija vpliva na družbo - zasebnost, varnost podatkov, digitalni razkorak.

Informatika v praksi
Informatika je povsod okoli nas! Ko Netflix predlaga serije, algoritmi analizirajo tvoje podatke o gledanju, jih obdelajo v informacije o tvojih interesih in ustvarijo znanje o tem, kaj ti bo všeč.
Google Maps zbira podatke o lokaciji avtov, omejitnih hitrosti in nesrečah. Algoritmi (kot Dijkstrov algoritem) te podatke obdelajo in izračunajo najhitrejšo pot. To je reševanje problemov z informatiko!
Vsak klik, všeček ali iskanje ustvarja podatke. Ti podatki se obdelajo v informacije o trendih, preferencah ali vedenju. Podjetja to znanje uporabljajo za izboljšanje storitev.
💡 Zanimivost: Vsako sekundo se na spletu ustvari okoli 2,5 milijona TB podatkov - informatika nam pomaga, da se v tej količini ne izgubimo!

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming.
