Demokracja szlachecka - kształtowanie się ustroju Rzeczypospolitej
Demokracja szlachecka w Polsce zaczęła kształtować się pod koniec XV wieku, wprowadzając unikatowy system rządów, w którym szlachta odgrywała kluczową rolę. Centralnym elementem tego systemu był sejm walny, który stanowił ogólnokrajowe przedstawicielstwo szlachty. Sejm składał się z dwóch izb: senatu i izby poselskiej, co odzwierciedlało strukturę społeczną ówczesnej Polski.
Kluczowym momentem w rozwoju demokracji szlacheckiej było uchwalenie konstytucji Nihil novi w 1505 roku za panowania Aleksandra Jagiellończyka.
Definition: Konstytucja Nihil novi była aktem prawnym, który znacząco ograniczył władzę królewską na rzecz sejmu, ustanawiając zasadę, że żadne nowe prawa nie mogą być wprowadzone bez zgody sejmu.
Ta konstytucja wprowadziła zasadę jednomyślnej zgody przy uchwalaniu projektów w sejmie, co miało daleko idące konsekwencje dla funkcjonowania państwa polskiego.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!!
