Uvod u kiseline
Znaš li da svaki put kada popiješ gazirano piće zapravo unosiš kiselinu u organizam? Kiseline su jedinjenja koja u vodenom rastvoru oslobađaju jone vodonika (H⁺). Ovaj proces se zove disocijacija i upravo on daje kiselinama sva njihova posebna svojstva.
Ključna stvar koju treba da razumeš je jednostavna: što više H⁺ jona ima u rastvoru, to je kiselina jača. Opšta formula disocijacije izgleda ovako: HA → H⁺ + A⁻.
Na primer, hlorovodonična kiselina (HCl) se u vodi razlaže ovako: HCl → H⁺ + Cl⁻. H⁺ je jon koji čini rastvor kiselim, a Cl⁻ je kiselinski ostatak.
Zapamti: Prisustvo H⁺ jona u rastvoru je ono što čini kiselinu kiselinom!
Osnovna svojstva kiselina
Kiseline imaju kiseo ukus - baš kao limun ili sirće. Ali pazi, nikada ne smeš da probaš hemikalije u laboratoriji! One mogu biti u sva tri agregatna stanja: tečne (sumporna kiselina), gasovite (hlorovodonik) ili čvrste (fosforna kiselina).
Vodeni rastvori kiselina provode električnu struju jer sadrže slobodne jone. Ovo svojstvo možeš lako da testiraš jednostavnim eksperimentom sa baterijom i žarulјom.
Najvažnije svojstvo za testove je reakcija sa indikatorima. Plavi lakmus papir postaje crven u kiseloj sredini, metil-oranž postaje crven, a fenolftalein ostaje bezbojan.
Za test: Nauči napamet kako indikatori menjaju boju - ovo se često pita!
Hemijska svojstva - reakcije koje moraš znati
Kiseline reaguju sa metalima i oslobađaju gas vodonik. Formula je jednostavna: Kiselina + Metal → So + H₂. Na primer: 2HCl + Zn → ZnCl₂ + H₂↑. Strelica nagore pokazuje da se oslobađa gas.
Neutralizacija je najvažnija reakcija kiselina! Kada kiselina reaguje sa bazom, nastaju so i voda: Kiselina + Baza → So + Voda. Primer: HCl + NaOH → NaCl + H₂O.
Kiseline takođe reaguju sa oksidima metala po sličnom principu: H₂SO₄ + CuO → CuSO₄ + H₂O. Nastaju so i voda, baš kao kod neutralizacije.
Ključno za uspeh: Reakcija neutralizacije se uvek pita na testu - nauči je napamet!
Podela kiselina
Kiseline možeš podeliti na kiseonične (sadrže kiseonik) i beskiseonične (ne sadrže kiseonik). Kiseonične su sumporna (H₂SO₄), azotna (HNO₃), ugljena (H₂CO₃). Beskiseonične su hlorovodonična (HCl) i sumporvodonična (H₂S).
Po jačini dele se na jake i slabe kiseline. Jake kiseline skoro potpuno disosuju u vodi - HCl, H₂SO₄, HNO₃. Slabe kiseline samo delimično disosuju - ugljena kiselina u gaziranim pićima, sirćetna kiselina u sirćetu.
Moraš da naučiš napamet formule najvažnijih kiselina: HCl (hlorovodonična), H₂SO₄ (sumporna), HNO₃ (azotna), H₃PO₄ (fosforna), H₂CO₃ (ugljena).
Praktičan savet: Sumporna kiselina je u akumulatorima, ugljena u gaziranim pićima, sirćetna u sirćetu!
Pisanje jednačina disocijacije
Ovo je vežba koju ćeš sigurno imati na testu. Broj H⁺ jona koje kiselina oslobađa zavisi od broja atoma vodonika u formuli.
Azotna kiselina (HNO₃): HNO₃ → H⁺ + NO₃⁻. Ima jedan vodonik, daje jedan H⁺ jon.
Sumporna kiselina (H₂SO₄): H₂SO₄ → 2H⁺ + SO₄²⁻. Ima dva vodonika, daje dva H⁺ jona.
Fosforna kiselina (H₃PO₄): H₃PO₄ → 3H⁺ + PO₄³⁻. Ima tri vodonika, daje tri H⁺ jona.
Trik za lakše učenje: Broj ispred H⁺ je uvek jednak broju vodonikovih atoma u formuli kiseline!
Važne napomene za bezbednost
Koncentrovane kiseline su izuzetno opasne! Mogu da izazovu teške opekotine kože i očiju. Nikada ne eksperimentišeš sa njima bez nadzora nastavnika i zaštitne opreme.
Postoji važno pravilo za razblaživanje: uvek sipaj kiselinu u vodu (KUV), nikada obrnuto! Ako sipaš vodu u kiselinu, reakcija je burna i kiselina može da prska. Lako za pamćenje: "kao kiselina u Savu".
Ne mešaj formulu kiseline sa formulom njenog kiselinskog ostatka. H₂SO₄ je kiselina, a SO₄²⁻ je njen kiselinski ostatak koji ima negativno naelektrisanje.
Bezbednost na prvom mestu: Sve eksperimente rade samo uz prisustvo nastavnika!
Kratak pregled za test
Za uspešno polaganje testa moraš da znaš: definiciju kiseline (jedinjenje koje u vodi daje H⁺ jone), glavna svojstva (kiseo ukus, provode struju, reaguju sa metalima).

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
