Platon: uvod in osnove
Zakaj se sploh ukvarjati s Platonom? Ker je postavil temelje vsej zahodni filozofiji in njegovega vpliva ne morete ubežati. Platon je bil Sokratov učenec in Aristotelov učitelj - torej pravi filozofski sendvič treh največjih imen antike.
Njegova dela so napisana kot dialogi, kjer pogosto glavno vlogo igra njegov učitelj Sokrat. Ne, to ni naključje - Platon je tako počastil svojega mentorja in hkrati pokazal, da je filozofija pogovor, ne predavanje.
Osrednji del njegove filozofije je nauk o idejah. To ni tisto, kar si mislite pod "idejo" - ne gre za misel ali zamisel v vaši glavi. Platonove ideje so nekaj povsem drugega in veliko bolj spektakularnega.
Pozor! Platonova "ideja" ni isto kot naša današnja "ideja". Njegove ideje so večne, popolne in resnično obstoječe entitete v drugem svetu.
Nauk o idejah in dualizem
Tu pride najbolj zanimiv del - Platon trdi, da živite v narobe svetu! Po njegovem ontološkem dualizmu obstajata namreč dva svetova, in tisti, v katerem živite, ni pravi.
Svet idej je resnični svet. Tam so večne, nespremenljive in popolne "ideje" - nekakšni univerzalni načrti za vse. Ideja Dobrega, Lepote, Pravičnosti, pa tudi Mize ali Psa. Ta svet spoznate z razumom, ne s čutili.
Čutni svet pa je tisti, ki ga vidite, slišite in tipate. Vse v njem so le blede kopije popolnih idej. Fizična miza ni "prava" miza - je le senca večne Ideje Mize.
Zato je znanje, pridobljeno s čutili, nezanesljivo (doxa - mnenje). Pravo znanje (episteme) dobite le z razumom, ko spoznate ideje. Najvišja med vsemi idejami je Ideja Dobrega - kot sonce, ki vsemu daje obstoj.
Ključno za razumevanje: Če vidite lepo sliko, to ni Lepota sama - je le nepopolna kopija večne Ideje Lepote, ki obstaja v svetu idej.
Nauk o duši
Platon verjame v nesmrtnost duše. Vaša duša je ujeta v telesu , prej pa je bivala v svetu idej in jih neposredno gledala.
Učenje je zato pravzaprav spominjanje (anamnesis) - ne učite se nič novega, ampak se spominjate tega, kar vaša duša že ve. Pametno, ne?
Duša ima tri dele, ki jih morate znati za maturo:
- Razumski del (glava): Teži k modrosti, njegova vrlina je modrost
- Srčni del (prsi): Vir poguma in volje, njegova vrlina je pogum
- Poželenjski del (trebuh): Povezan z nagoni in potrebami, njegova vrlina je zmernost
Predstavljajte si voznika kočije (analogija z voznikom): razum je voznik, ki mora krotiti dva konja - pogumnega in divjega. Pravičnost nastane, ko so vsi deli v harmoniji pod vodstvom razuma.
Povezava z državo: Ta trodelna struktura duše se neposredno preslika v strukturo idealne države - to morate znati povezati!
Idealna država
Platonova idealna država ni demokracija - to vas lahko preseneti. Je sofokracija (vladavina modrih) in zrcali strukturo duše z istimi tremi stanovi:
Vladarji (filozofi) imajo prevladujoč razumski del. So modri in edini poznajo Idejo Dobrega, zato edini lahko pravično vladajo. Ne smejo imeti zasebne lastnine ali družine - da se lahko popolnoma posvetijo vladanju.
Čuvaji (vojaki) imajo prevladujoč srčni del. So pogumni in skrbijo za obrambo. Tudi oni živijo v skupnosti, brez zasebne lastnine.
Proizvajalci (kmetje, obrtniki, trgovci) imajo prevladujoč poželenjski del. So zmeerni in skrbijo za materialne potrebe. Edini lahko imajo družino in lastnino.
Pravičnost v državi je harmonija - ko vsak stan dela svoje in se ne vmešava v drugega. Demokracijo Platon zavrača, ker v njej vlada neuka množica, kar vodi v kaos.
Za maturo: Povežite strukturo duše z državo - razumski del = vladarji, srčni = čuvaji, poželenjski = proizvajalci. Harmonija = pravičnost.
Prispodoba o votlini
To je najpomembnejša Platonova prispodoba - absolutno jo morate znati razložiti simbol za simbol. Gre za popoln prikaz njegovega nauka o idejah.
Zgodba: Jetniki so od rojstva priklenjeni v votlini z obrazom proti steni. Za njimi gori ogenj, med ognjem in jetniki pa hodijo ljudje z različnimi predmeti. Jetniki vidijo le sence na steni in mislijo, da so to edina resničnost.
Ko je eden osvobojen, ga svetloba zaslepi in boli. Prisilijo ga ven iz votline, kjer se počasi navaja - najprej gleda sence, odseve, nato predmete in nazadnje Sonce samo.
Ko se vrne v votlino povedati drugim, ga imajo za norca. V temi ne vidi več dobro, jetniki pa mislijo, da se mu je zmešalo. Če bi jih hotel osvoboditi, bi ga ubili.
Simboli morate znati na pamet: votlina = čutni svet, jetniki = večina ljudi, sence = fizične stvari, ogenj = naše sonce, zunanji svet = svet idej, Sonce = Ideja Dobrega, osvobojeni jetnik = filozof, vrnitev = dolžnost poučevanja.
Namig na Sokrata: Vrnitev filozofa in njegov neuspeh pri prepričevanju drugih je jasna aluzija na Sokratovo usodo!
Ključne točke za ponavljanje
Tu je povzetek, ki ga potrebujete za uspešno opravljeno maturo. Dualizem je ključna beseda pri Platonu - vse je razdeljeno na dva dela.

The app is very easy to use and well designed. I have found everything I was looking for so far and have been able to learn a lot from the presentations! I will definitely use the app for a class assignment! And of course it also helps a lot as an inspiration.

Wow, I am really amazed. I just tried the app because I've seen it advertised many times and was absolutely stunned. This app is THE HELP you want for school and above all, it offers so many things, such as workouts and fact sheets, which have been VERY helpful to me personally.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
