Etika in moralne dileme

Osnove etike in ključni pojmi
Etika ni le filozofska teorija, ampak orodje za razumevanje vsakodnevnih moralnih odločitev. Gre za sistematično razmišljanje o tem, kako naj ravnamo in zakaj.
Pomembno je, da ločiš med etiko (teoretična refleksija o morali) in moralo (konkretna pravila določene družbe). Etika se sprašuje "zakaj", morala pa pove "kaj".
Vrednote so stvari, ki jih štejemo za pomembne (svoboda, poštenost), vrline pa pozitivne značajske poteze (pogum, pravičnost). Ko se znajdeš v etični dilemi, kjer nobena izbira ni očitno pravilna, ti različne etične teorije pomagajo pri odločitvi.
💡 Pomisli: Vsako vprašanje tipa "Ali je prav, če...?" je etično vprašanje!
Deontološka etika - etika dolžnosti
Kant pravi: "Naredi to, kar je prav, ne glede na posledice!" Pri deontološki etiki gre za to, ali je dejanje samo po sebi pravilno, ne za to, kaj se bo zgodilo potem.
Kantov kategorični imperativ ima dve glavni formulaciji, ki jih moraš znati. Prva: "Ravnaj samo po načelu, za katerega lahko hočeš, da postane splošen zakon." Če se vprašaš, ali je laganje prav, si predstavljaj, da bi vsi lagali - svet bi postal kaotičen.
Druga formulacija: "Ne uporabljaj ljudi le kot sredstvo za dosego ciljev." To pomeni, da ne smeš izkoriščati drugih, tudi če bi s tem dober namen dosegel hitreje.
Ključno za maturo: Pri Kantu posledice sploh niso pomembne! Tudi če bi z lažjo rešil življenje, je laganje še vedno narobe, ker krši dolžnost govoriti resnico.
💡 Zapomniti: Deontologija = dolžnost > posledice
Konsekvencializem in utilitarizem
"Važno je le, kaj se zgodi na koncu!" Pri konsekvencializmu se moralnost dejanja presoja izključno po posledicah. Najbolj znana različica je utilitarizem.
Jeremy Bentham je ustanovil načelo koristnosti: dejanje je moralno, če prinese največ sreče največjemu številu ljudi. John Stuart Mill je dodal, da niso vsa ugodja enako vredna - bolje biti "nezadovoljen človek kot zadovoljna svinja", ker so duhovna ugodja vrednejša od telesnih.
Problem utilitarizma je "tiranja večine". Če bi mučenje enega osrečilo deset drugih, bi bilo to po tej logiki moralno pravilno - vendar se to zdi napačno.
Pri utilitarizmu se vprašaš: "Koliko ljudi bo srečnih?" Ne: "Ali je dejanje samo po sebi prav?"
💡 Zapomniti: Utilitarizem = največja sreča za največje število
Etika vrlin
Aristotel se ne sprašuje "Kaj naj naredim?", ampak "Kakšna oseba naj postanem?" Etika vrlin se osredotoča na značaj, ne na posamezna dejanja ali posledice.
Cilj življenja je eudaimonia (srečnost, dobro življenje), ki jo dosežemo z razvijanjem vrlin. Vsaka vrlina je "zlata sredina" med dvema skrajnostma.
Pogum je na primer sredina med strahopetnostjo (premalo) in predrznostjo (preveč). Radodarnost je sredina med skopostjo in zapravljivostjo. Iskrenost leži med pretiranim molčanjem in brezobzirno odkritostjo.
Moralno pravilno dejanje je tisto, ki bi ga v dani situaciji naredila vrla oseba. Ne rabiš se učiti pravil na pamet - razmišljaš o tem, kakšen značaj želiš imeti.
💡 Vizualizacija: Predstavljaj si vrline kot "zlato sredino" na premici med dvema skrajnostma
Problem vozička - praktična analiza
Scenarij: Nezadržen voziček drvi proti petim ljudem. Lahko preusmeriš voziček na drug tir, kjer bo umrl en človek. Kaj narediš?
Utilitaristična analiza: Preusmerim voziček! Pet življenj je več kot eno, torej bom s tem povzročil manj trpljenja in več sreče. Preprosto matematično računanje: 5 > 1.
Deontološka analiza: Ne naredim ničesar! S preusmeritvijo bi zavestno ubil nedolžnega človeka in ga uporabil kot sredstvo za rešitev drugih. To krši kategorični imperativ. Pet ljudi bo umrlo zaradi nesreče, enega pa bi jaz zavestno ubil.
Etika vrlin: Kaj bi naredila pogumna, pravična oseba? Tu ni enostavnega odgovora - treba je pretehtati, katere vrline so v tej situaciji najpomembnejše.
💡 Maturo test: Znaj analizirati preprosto dilemo z vsemi tremi pristopi!
Analiza vsakodnevnih situacij
Scenarij: Prijateljica te vpraša za mnenje o svoji novi frizuri, ki se ti zdi grozna. Kaj narediš?
Kant (deontologija): Poveš resnico, ker je laganje vedno narobe. Ne moreš posplošiti laganja v univerzalen zakon. Morda rečeš nekaj kot: "Ni čisto moj stil, ampak važno je, da si ti zadovoljna."
Mill (utilitarizem): Stehtas posledice. Majhna laž bo verjetno povzročila več sreče kot boleča resnica. Rečeš: "Lepo ti pristaja!" in s tem ohranišs prijateljstvo in njeno samozavest.
Aristotel (vrline): Iščeš zlato sredino med kruto odkritostjo in neiskrenostjo. Morda se osredotočiš na pozitivne vidike ali predlagaš konstruktivno alternativo.
Vidš, kako različne teorije vodijo do različnih odločitev? Nobena ni "napačna" - odvisno je od tvojih vrednot in prioritet.

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!

Wow, I am really amazed. I just tried the app because I've seen it advertised many times and was absolutely stunned. This app is THE HELP you want for school and above all, it offers so many things, such as workouts and fact sheets, which have been VERY helpful to me personally.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! Knowunity is the BEST app I’ve used in a minute. This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend
