Kako deluje prebava
Tvoje telo vsak dan opravi neverjetno nalogo - iz velike pice naredi majhne molekule, ki jih lahko uporabi. Prebava je proces, ki razgradi zapletene molekule hrane v enostavne dele, ki lahko preidejo v kri.
Obstajata dva načina prebave. Mehanska prebava je preprosto drobljenje hrane na manjše kose - kot ko z rokami raztrhaš kos papirja. Kemična prebava pa je bolj zapletena in uporablja posebne beljakovine, ki se imenujejo encimi.
Encimi so kot specializirane škarjice v tvojem telesu. Vsak tip encima zna "razrezati" samo določeno vrsto hrane - encim za škrob ne bo nikoli deloval na meso.
Zanimivost: Tvoja hrana potuje navzdol tudi, če stojiš na glavi! To omogoča peristaltika - valovito krčenje mišic, ki potiska hrano naprej.
Pot hrane skozi telo
Hrana gre na dolgo potovanje skozi tvoje telo - od ust do zadnjika je to približno 9 metrov dolga pot! Predstavljaj si jo kot tovorniški trak, kjer se na vsaki postaji zgodi nekaj drugega.
Začne se v ustih, nadaljuje skozi požiralnik v želodec, nato pa v tanko črevo (kjer se zgodi največ akcije). Na koncu pride v debelo črevo in končno v danko.
Vmes pomagata še dve pomembni žlezi: jetra in trebušna slinavka. Ti dve ne sta del prebavne cevi, ampak proizvajata pomembne sokove, ki jih "vbrizgata" v tanko črevo.
Prvi del poti: Usta in želodec
V ustnih se začne tvoja osebna razstavljalnica. Zobje mechansko drobijo hrano, medtem ko slina že začne kemično razgrajevati škrob s pomočjo encima amilaze. Zato postane kruh sladek, če ga dolgo žveciš!
Požiralnik je preprosto transportna cev - tukaj se ne dogaja nobena prebava, hrana samo potuje proti želodcu.
Želodec je kot mešalnik in dezinfekcijska naprava v enem. Močne mišice mešajo hrano z želodčnim sokom, ki vsebuje klorovodikovo kislino in encim pepsin. Kislina uniči bakterije in omogoči pepsinu, da začne razgradnjo beljakovin.
Preizkusi doma: Poskusi progoltniti slino - poklopec bo zaprl pot v sapnik, tako kot pri hrani!
Tanko črevo: Glavna postaja
Tanko črevo je zvezda celotnega sistema! Tukaj se konča prebava vseh glavnih hranil in se večina tudi absorbira v kri.
V prvi del (dvanajstnik) se izlivata dva super močna sokova. Trebušna slinavka pošlje encime, ki znajo razgraditi vse - ogljikove hidrate, beljakovine in maščobe. Jetra pošljejo žolč, ki ni encim, ampak deluje kot detergent - razpoka velike maščobne kapljice na manjše.
Notranjost tankega črevesa je prekrita z milijoni drobnih črevesnih resiček - to so kot majhni prstki, ki absorbirajo hranila. Če bi jih razgrnili, bi pokrili površino teniške igrišče!
Predstavljaj si: Črevesne resice so kot gozdne mravlje, ki so po površini lista - povečajo absorpcijo za več kot 600-krat!
Zaključek in ključne točke za test
Debelo črevo dokonča zgodbo - absorbira vodo iz neprebavljenih ostankov in oblikuje blato. Tukaj živi tudi milijarde koristnih bakterij, ki proizvajajo vitamine.
Za test si zapomni te ključne razlike: mehanska prebava = fizično drobljenje, kemična prebava = encimi. Jetra in trebušna slinavka nista del prebavne cevi! Večina absorpcije se zgodi v tankem črevesu, ne v želodcu.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming.
