Základy budúcich časov
Predstav si, že plánuješ víkend s kamarátmi. Niektoré veci sa rozhodneš urobiť spontánne, iné si naplánuješ vopred, a ešte iné už máš pevne dohodnuté s časom aj miestom. V angličtine máme štyri spôsoby, ako hovoriť o budúcnosti - will, be going to, Present Continuous a Present Simple.
Každý z týchto časov vyjadruje niečo iné. Will používame pre spontánne rozhodnutia, keď sa niečo rozhodneš urobiť práve teraz. Napríklad keď zvoní telefón a povieš: "I will answer it!" (Zdvihnem to!)
💡 Tip: Pred skúškou si vždy polož otázku - je to spontánne rozhodnutie, plán, pevná dohoda, alebo rozvrh?
Will taktiež používame pre predpovede založené na tvojom názore. Ak si myslíš, že zajtra bude pršať, povieš: "I think it will rain tomorrow."
Will vs Be going to
Be going to je úplne iná situácia než will. Používaš ho, keď hovoríš o svojich plánoch - o niečom, čo si si už vopred naplánoval. "I am going to visit my grandparents next weekend" znamená, že si už rozmýšľal o tejte návšteve predtým.
Druhý dôležitý rozdiel je pri predpovediach. Kým will používaš pre svoj názor, be going to používaš, keď vidíš konkrétny dôkaz. Vidíš tmavé mraky? "It is going to rain!" - máš jasný vizuálny dôkaz.
Tvorenie je jednoduché: am/is/are + going to + základný tvar slovesa. Pre zápor pridáš not za sloveso "to be", pre otázku dáš "to be" na začiatok.
💡 Pozor: Najčastejšia chyba je zamieňať si will a be going to. Will = spontánne, be going to = plán!
Present Continuous pre budúcnosť sa používa pre pevné dohody. Keď povieš "I am meeting my friends at 6 PM", znamená to, že už ste sa dohodli na konkrétnom čase a mieste.
Present Continuous a Present Simple pre budúcnosť
Present Continuous pre budúce udalosti znamená, že máš všetko pevne dohodnuté. Nie je to len plán v tvojej hlave - je to niečo, na čom sa už niekoľko ľudí dohodlo. "We are flying to London next month" - už máte kúpené letenky!
Tvorenie je ako normálny Present Continuous: am/is/are + sloveso s -ing. Pre zápor pridáš not, pre otázku začneš s "to be".
Present Simple používaš pre rozvrhy a harmonogramy - veci, ktoré sa dejú podľa pevného, nemenného plánu. Vlaky, autobusy, školské hodiny, kino. "The train leaves at 7 AM" - to nie je niečo, čo si ty plánuješ, to je oficiálny rozvrh.
💡 Trik: Ak o tom rozhoduje niekto iný (dopravca, škola, kino), použij Present Simple!
Tvorenie Present Simple je úplne normálne - základný tvar slovesa, pridáš -s/-es pre tretiu osobu jednotného čísla. Pre zápor a otázky používaš do/does.
Praktické príklady zo života
Predstav si tieto situácie zo svojho bežného života. Zvoní ti mobil - spontánne sa rozhodneš zdvihnúť: "I will answer it!" Je to will, pretože sa rozhoduješ práve teraz.
Vidíš kamaráta s kopou ťažkých kníh - ponúkneš pomoc: "I will help you carry them!" Opäť will, pretože je to spontánna ponuka pomoci.
Máš lístky na koncert na budúci piatok - povieš: "We are going to a concert next Friday." Použiješ Present Continuous, pretože je to pevne dohodnutá udalosť s konkrétnym dátumom.
💡 Skúška hack: Ak má veta časový údaj a je to dohodnuté, skús Present Continuous!
Chceš sa učiť na skúšku zajtra - "I am going to study for my exam tomorrow." Je to be going to, pretože je to tvoj zámer, ktorý si si už určil vopred. Pýtaš sa, kedy začína film - "What time does the film start?" Present Simple, pretože kino má pevný program.
Časové výrazy a kontextové signály
Časové výrazy ti môžu veľa napovědať o tom, ktorý budúci čas použiť. Tomorrow, next week, tonight, soon, in two days - všetky sú užitočné, ale najdôležitejší je stále kontext situácie.
Kľúčové je zamyslieť sa nad zámerom. Prečo to hovorím? Je to môj názor alebo vidím dôkaz? Rozhodujem sa teraz alebo som to plánoval vopred? Je to osobný plán alebo oficiálny rozvrh?
Pri predpovediach si dávaj extra pozor. "I think it will rain" (môj názor) vs "Look at those clouds, it's going to rain!" (vidím dôkaz). Tento rozdiel je na skúškach veľmi oblúbený.
💡 Pro tip: Slová ako "I think", "probably", "maybe" takmer vždy znamenají will!
Pamätaj si, že kontext je kráľ. Niekedy môže byť správnych viac odpovedí, ale vždy existuje jedna, ktorá najlepšie vystihuje situáciu. Na skúške si musíš vedieť svoj výber obhájiť.

Táto tabuľka ti pomôže rýchlo si spomenúť na skúške:
- Will: Spontánne rozhodnutia, názorové predpovede, sľuby, ponuky → "I'll help you!" / "I think it will be sunny!"
- Be going to: Plány (vopred), predpovede s dôkazmi → "I'm going to study!" / "Look, it's going to rain!"

Na skúške si pamätaj tento postup: Prečítaj si vetu, zamysli sa nad kontextom, opýtaj sa seba - je to spontánne, plán, dohoda, alebo rozvrh? Potom vyber správny čas.
💡 Finálny tip: Ak si nevieš vybrať medzi will a be going to, spýtaj sa - rozhodujem sa teraz (will) alebo som si to naplánoval vopred (be going to)?
Cvič si tieto situácie a čoskoro ti budú budúce časy pripadať úplne prirodzene. Kľúč je v pochopení toho, prečo každý čas používame - nie v mechanickom učení pravidiel!

This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming. I love it and my mom is just happy I got good grades

The app's just great! All I have to do is enter the topic in the search bar and I get the response real fast. I don't have to watch 10 YouTube videos to understand something, so I'm saving my time. Highly recommended!

I found this app a couple years ago and it has only gotten better since then. I really love it because it can help with written questions and photo questions. Also, it can find study guides that other people have made as well as flashcard sets and practice tests. The free version is also amazing for students who might not be able to afford it. Would 100% recommend

This app is phenomenal down to the correct info and the various topics you can study! I greatly recommend it for people who struggle with procrastination and those who need homework help. It has been perfectly accurate for world 1 history as far as I’ve seen! Geometry too!
