Pregled časov in ponovitev
Angleški časi so temelj za pravilno izražanje, kdaj se je nekaj zgodilo, se dogaja ali se bo zgodilo. Do zdaj poznate osnovne čase, zdaj pa jih boste nadgradili s kompleksnejšimi strukturami.
Najprej hitra ponovitev že znanih časov. Present Simple uporabljamo za dejstva in navade (I play basketball every Saturday). Present Continuous za dejanja, ki se dogajajo zdaj (She is reading a book right now). Past Simple za zaključena dejanja v preteklosti (We visited Paris last year).
Past Continuous opisuje dejanja, ki so trajala v preteklosti (I was watching TV when you called). Future Simple z will pa za napovedi in spontane odločitve (I think it will rain tomorrow).
🔑 Ključno za uspeh: Za vse čase s "Perfect" morate znati nepravilne glagole na pamet - predvsem tretjo obliko (Past Participle)!
Past Perfect Simple - Predpreteklik
Past Perfect je "preteklost pred preteklostjo" - uporabljamo ga, ko govorimo o dejanju, ki se je zgodilo pred nekim drugim dejanjem v preteklosti. Predstavljajte si ga kot časovni stroj, ki gre še dlje v preteklost.
Tvorimo ga s had + past participle (tretja oblika glagola). Nikalna oblika je hadn't + past participle, vprašalna pa Had + osebek + past participle. Pogosto se povezuje s časovnimi prislovi: after, before, as soon as, by the time.
Primeri v akciji: "When I arrived at the station, the train had already left." Tu se je vlak odpeljal PRED mojim prihodom. "She told me she had visited London before." Njen obisk se je zgodil PRED tem, ko mi je to povedala.
💡 Nasvet: Past Perfect skoraj vedno nastopa skupaj s Past Simple - povezuje dve pretekli dejanji in pove, katero se je zgodilo prej.
Future Perfect in pogojni stavki
Future Perfect uporabljamo za dejanja, ki bodo zaključena do določene točke v prihodnosti. Ključna beseda je BY - pomeni "do takrat". Primer: "By the time you arrive, I will have cooked dinner."
Pogojni stavki ali if-stavki imajo dva dela: pogojni odvisnik (z if) in glavni stavek. Zero Conditional za splošne resnice: "If you heat water to 100°C, it boils."
First Conditional za realne možnosti: "If it rains tomorrow, we will stay home." Second Conditional za nerealne situacije: "If I won the lottery, I would buy a house."
⚠️ Pozor: Pri Second Conditional za glagol "to be" pogosto uporabljamo "were" za vse osebe: "If I were you, I would study harder."
Third Conditional in praktični primeri
Third Conditional se uporablja za nerealne situacije v preteklosti - pogosto izraža obžalovanje. "If I had studied harder, I would have passed the exam." (Nisem se učil dovolj in sem padel.)
Poglejmo praktične primere. Za Past Perfect: "When I got home, my sister had already eaten all the pizza." Tu je "had eaten" zgodnejše dejanje, "got" pa kasnejše.
Za Future Perfect: "By next Friday, I will have revised all the topics." Dejanje bo končano PRED petkom, ne točno takrat.
📝 Za test: Ne mešajte Second (nerealna sedanjost) in Third Conditional (nerealna preteklost)! Second: "If I had money, I would travel." Third: "If I had had money, I would have traveled."
Pomembni nasveti in povzetek
Pazite na vejico! Če je if-stavek na prvem mestu, za njim stoji vejica. Če je na drugem, vejice ni. "If it rains, we stay home" proti "We stay home if it rains."
Hiter povzetek novih časov: Past Perfect za dejanje PRED drugim preteklim dejanjem, Future Perfect za dejanje, ki bo končano DO določene točke v prihodnosti.

I think it’s very much worth it and you’ll end up using it a lot once you get the hang of it and even after looking at others notes you can still ask your Artificial intelligence buddy the question and ask to simplify it if you still don’t get it!!! This is not an ai review or anything this is genuinely coming from a 7th grade student (I know 2011 im young) but dude this app is a 10/10 i have maintained a 3.8 gpa and have plenty of time for gaming.
