比較表現の基本
比較表現って聞くと難しそうだけど、実は毎日使ってる「同じくらい」「〜より大きい」「一番高い」を英語で言うだけなんだ。原級（as...as）、比較級（...than）、最上級（the...est）の3つがメインパターン。
形容詞や副詞の形を変えるのがポイントで、短い単語は-erや-estをつけて、長い単語（3音節以上）はmoreやmostを前につける。tallなら「taller → tallest」、beautifulなら「more beautiful → most beautiful」って感じだね。
覚えておこう！ yで終わる単語（easy, busyなど）はyをiに変えて「easier → easiest」になるよ
不規則変化は暗記必須！good→better→best、bad→worse→worst、many/much→more→mostは絶対テストに出る。
原級と比較級の使い方
原級（as...as） は「AはBと同じくらい〜」って言いたいときに使う。"Ken is as tall as his father"（ケンはお父さんと同じくらいの身長）みたいに、as + 形容詞の原級 + asで挟むだけ。
否定形は"not as...as"または"not so...as"で「AはBほど〜ではない」になる。"This book is not as interesting as that one"（この本はあの本ほど面白くない）って感じ。
比較級（...than） は「AはBより〜」を表現する。"My bag is heavier than yours"（私のカバンはあなたのより重い）のように、比較級 + thanの形。
強調テクニック！ 差が大きいときはmuch、far、a lotを比較級の前につけて、少しの差ならa littleを使おう
muchをつけると「ずっと」という意味になって、"The sun is much bigger than the Earth"（太陽は地球よりずっと大きい）みたいに強調できる。
最上級をマスターしよう
最上級は「〜の中で一番」を表すときに使って、必ずtheをつけるのが鉄則！形は「the + 最上級 + in/of」で、inとofの使い分けが超重要なんだ。
inを使う場合：場所や集団を表す単数名詞が続く。"Mt. Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan"（富士山は日本で一番高い山）みたいに。ofを使う場合：比較対象となる複数名詞やallが続く。"He is the fastest runner of the three"（彼は3人の中で一番速い走者）って感じ。
超頻出表現「one of the + 最上級 + 複数名詞」は「最も〜なものの一つ」という意味。"Kyoto is one of the most beautiful cities in Japan"（京都は日本で最も美しい都市の一つ）のように、後ろの名詞が複数形になることを絶対忘れちゃダメ！
注意ポイント！ 所有格（my、hisなど）がつくときはtheは不要。"He is my best friend"が正解だよ
テストで絶対ミスしないコツ
テストでよくある間違いを知っておけば、簡単に点数アップできる！最上級のtheのつけ忘れが一番多いミス。"He is fastest runner"じゃなくて"He is the fastest runner"が正解。
moreと-erの重複もNG。"This is more bigger"じゃなくて"This is bigger"だけでOK。どちらか片方だけ使うのがルール。
thanとthenの混同にも注意！thanは比較の「〜よりも」、thenは「その時・それから」の意味。スペルミスで減点されないよう気をつけよう。
重要チェック！ "one of the..."の後ろは必ず複数名詞。"one of the best player"は間違いで、"one of the best players"が正解
ofとinの使い分けも覚えておこう。in + 場所・範囲（単数）、of + 比較対象のグループ（複数）って感じで使い分ける。
試験前の最終チェック
試験前にはこれだけ確認すれば完璧！原級：as...as（〜と同じくらい）、否定はnot as/so...as。比較級：比較級 + than（〜よりも）、強調はmuch、far、a lot。最上級：the + 最上級 + in/of（〜の中で一番）、theを忘れずに！
